Ortho-Cycle's unique process

          Unlike all other processes, Ortho-Cycle's is based upon the dissolution of the adhesive, and not its charring. Subjecting stainless steel to moderate heat (350-800OC, 650-1500OF) leads to the highly undesirable phenomenon of sensitization (chromium carbide separation followed by intergranular corrosion) as well as to the need of removing the dark layer of oxides formed.
